Position Overview 
We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and demonstrated expertise in setting up and operating a variety of bindery equipment, including MBO 26- and 30-inch folders, Sabre/Prism cutters, and Tecnau Roll in cut/stack and fold systems. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate MBO 26- and 30-inch folders, Sabre/Prism cutters and Muller saddle binders.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Meet deadlines and schedules consistently.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8-hour shifts, day shift
• Five days a week – Monday-Friday
• Overtime and weekends as needed

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Location

• In-person at our Troy, Michigan location.

Salary

• Hourly: $22 to $26 for 1st shift (based on experience)
• Shift Premium available for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
