Moira DiJulio Named as Senior Vice President, Customer-Centric Strategies


The Marketing Services Team continues to grow at Phoenix Innovate! Our newest addition is Moira DiJulio, Senior Vice President of Customer-Centric Strategies. A proven innovator who believes in the power of relevant, differentiated and credible brand positions, DiJulio brings more than 20 years of experience steering the strategic planning, branding and direct response efforts for education, non-profit, healthcare, retail, airlines and gaming organizations.

DiJulio joins Phoenix Innovate from Baltimore, MD where she led the strategic planning, research and data-driven marketing efforts at agencies working with leading national brands. A results-oriented marketer, DiJulio has led and managed successful marketing efforts for the following clients and more:

  • Strayer University
  • Career Education Corporation
  • Rasmussen College
  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • McDonald’s
  • Spirit Airlines
  • Harrah’s Casinos

In the education sector, DiJulio has worked with almost a dozen colleges and universities to establish a competitive position and spearhead the multi-channel lead generation programs that drive their enrollment marketing. Deeply knowledgeable in online and offline strategies, DiJulio launched the Strayer University brand in more than 25 markets, introduced the AcceleratED Bachelor’s Completer program at Rasmussen College and drove tens of thousands of qualified leads each month for the six career school brands at Career Education Corporation.

DiJulio led the direct response efforts that helped grow Spirit Airlines from a fledgling company into the most profitable airline in the US. DiJulio also participated in the creation of the Harrah’s Casino Total Rewards program, the first of its kind! It’s now one of the largest CRM programs in the country with over 40 million members.

DiJulio’s addition to the Marketing Services team is just the latest step in Phoenix Innovate’s commitment to providing clients with smart and experienced strategic thinking to complement our top-notch technical and operational capabilities.

DiJulio holds a MSM degree from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Tulane University.
